Do I need Odoo for Lugatis?
Yes. Lugatis is a desktop app that connects to your company's Odoo (versions 18 and 19); your data stays in your Odoo. If you don't have Odoo yet, our partners can set it up for you.
Where is our data kept?
Your business data stays in your own Odoo and on your employees' computers. Lugatis servers only receive your company details for the licence and anonymous codes for your users — never your employees' names or email addresses.
Which operating systems does it run on?
macOS (Apple silicon) and Windows 10/11 (64-bit). For the AI features, a recent processor and at least 8 GB of memory are recommended.
Which languages does it support?
English and Turkish. The app opens in your computer's language and can be switched in Settings. Quotes and emails to customers are prepared in the customer's language in Odoo.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A 14-day trial starts when you download the app and connect it to your Odoo; every module is open during the trial.
How do I manage the number of users?
Your company admin decides who can use Lugatis, in Lugatis Panel or on the Company account page in the app. When a seat is free, a new user is added automatically.
Do the AI features send our data out?
By default the model runs on your computer and no data leaves it. If you choose a cloud AI service, you choose that service and its terms, and connect it with your own key.
